RFID Talent and Career Center Launched

Dallas, TX (April 24, 2005) -- RFID Tribe launched the RFID Talent and Career Center as a focal
point for RFID technology expertise.  RFID Tribe implemented the job board to help job seekers in
the RFID community find new employment opportunities. The new job board allows users a place to
post their resumes for free. Along with a resume bank, the job board offers listings of career
opportunities in RFID and other related fields. The job opportunities are available for all job
seekers to search.

Mark Johnson, RFID Tribe President said, "Employers and recruiters recognize RFID Tribe as a
group of RFID technology experts and have continued to tap into RFID Tribe for RFID talent.  
Employers and RFID Tribe members highlighted the need regarding a tool for finding RFID
expertise.  RFID Tribe responded to the need by establishing the RFID Talent and Career Center.”  
Mark added, “The marketplace is searching for RFID expertise, so providing a job board tool for
RFID technology experts makes good sense."

The job board has a number of advanced features. These include a Job Alert system that notifies
job seekers by email of new job opportunities that match their search criteria.  An anonymous
resume feature enables job seekers to list their experience and qualifications in a protected
environment. By giving both active and passive job seekers the ability to anonymously post their
resumes, the job board service helps RFID experts to stay connected to the employment market
while maintaining full control of their confidential information.
