EVENT PAYMENT POLICIES
Full payment of the event fee must be provided at the time of registration. Payment may be made by check (payable
to RFID Tribe LLC), credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or cash. Cash payments may be made at
the event registration desk. Cash payments should not be sent through the mail.
ATTENDEE EVENT CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTIONS
To cancel attendance for an RFID Tribe event registrant must send a written notice no later than 14 days prior to the
event for which registered. All monies will be refunded, less a 50% cancellation fee. If registrant cancels less than 14
days prior to the event, but before 7 days prior to the event, monies will be refunded less a 75% cancellation fee. No
refunds will be given for cancellations 7 days or less prior to the scheduled event. Registrant substitutions will be
accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant and with the approval of RFID Tribe. Written
cancellation requests should clearly identify the registrant's name, email address, the title of the event for which the
cancellation is requested and the scheduled event date. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in
writing and e-mailed to service(at)rfidtribe.com
EVENT CONFIRMATION/CONFERENCE BADGE
Confirmation of your event registration may be sent via e-mail. Identification badges will be available for pick-up at
the event registration desk.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT POLICIES

(payable to RFID Tribe LLC) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Membership fees are
non-refundable. Membership fees are non-transferable: Membership privileges are granted to the individual
member only (for individual memberships) or to the company only (for company memberships) and may not be
assigned or transferred to another individual or to another entity.
